Christine Hense is Director of People & Operations at Interplan Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG. She has 25 years' experience across multiple areas of the PCO business and has led the HR team since 2014.
As part of the executive management team, Christine holds strategic responsibility for organizational and team development. She contributes practical insights into HR topics including employer positioning, motivation, retention and resilience in project-based organizations.
Outside work, Christine values meaningful relationships and enjoys spending time in the mountains and in nature.
