Brand Ambassador IMEX Group
Tanja Knecht brings over 25 years’ experience in the meetings industry. She is a business coach, marketing and PR strategist, and Brand Ambassador for the IMEX Group.
Through her agency, MICE Impact, Tanja develops the German-speaking education and training program for IMEX Frankfurt. She holds a degree in business administration and an MA in Integrated Marketing, along with certifications in systemic therapeutic coaching and leadership development.
Tanja is the founder of three established MICE communities—MICE Ladies, MICE Impact and YOUNG STARS—focused on empowerment, meaningful connection and next-generation talent development.
