Natascha Kneissl is an executive team coach and leadership consultant specializing in leadership, collaboration and cultural transformation within project‑driven organizations. As the founder of NAMA Consulting, she works with executive leadership teams to strengthen clarity, alignment and decision‑making in complex and fast‑changing environments.

Before establishing her consultancy, Natascha spent more than 12 years in the creative and live communication industry, including several years as managing director of an experiential communication agency. There, she led international teams and advised clients on strategy, collaboration and organizational development.

With a background in business psychology and certification in systemic business coaching, Natascha combines psychological insight with practical leadership experience. Her work explores how organizations can rethink leadership, talent development and culture in periods of significant change.
