Maciej Ledzion has been an entrepreneur in live communication and events for the last 17 years. He is also an investor with a successful exit history and an advisor to founders in multiple business sectors.
In 2009, at the age of 24, Maciej founded endorfina events, now one of Poland’s and Central and Eastern Europe’s leading live communication and event management agencies. The company has delivered more than 2,500 projects with a cumulative value of approximately €100 million, generates over €20 million in annual turnover, and has achieved more than 30% year‑over‑year growth in recent years.
endorfina employs more than 50 specialists and provides end‑to‑end capabilities across corporate events, experiential marketing, festival and fair zones, TV‑broadcast events, influencer management and PR/communications.
The agency also develops proprietary cultural and entertainment events that have sold more than 90,000 tickets in the past two years and has received more than 60 industry awards, including Gold at the Best Event Awards and multiple Effies.
Maciej leads finance and growth strategy at endorfina and supports business development as a member of the Board of Directors at 27Names, a pan‑European live communication network connecting 1,200 professionals across the continent. Outside work, he enjoys travel, sports, books and cooking for people close to him.
