The hall's high functionality ensures that trade fairs, congresses, concerts, and events can be held in quick succession. The column-free construction guarantees an unobstructed view from all seats. The usable hall height of 12 meters and the high ceiling load capacity of 40 tons make Hall 1 attractive for larger events.

Hall 1 also offers additional usable space such as the adjacent outdoor area and a spacious, light-flooded foyer over two floors. Variable access options allow it to be operated independently of other events. Thanks to its flexible equipment, it can be quickly converted from a concert venue to a conference room for up to 5,200 participants. Mobile grandstands and modular partitions ensure that capacities can be precisely adapted to any requirement.
