Jennifer Jensen has over 20 years’ experience in business events and destination marketing, working across sales, partnerships, sustainability and communications.
Previously Head of Convention Bureau at Marketing Liverpool, Jennifer led efforts to attract and secure business events, working closely with clients, venues and city stakeholders. Her career is grounded in sales strategy, client engagement and converting long-term commitments into measurable outcomes.
Jennifer’s current focus is on helping organizations align environmental and social goals with buyer expectations and commercial priorities. As faculty with the GDS Academy, she has delivered storytelling masterclasses and co-designed sales training for global destination networks. She is also the author of the LVEP Business Events Guide and Toolkit for destinations in England.
