International Live Events Association (ILEA)
Cecilia Lavin has 20 years’ experience in the global events industry, working across venues, catering and event production, as well as running her own events consultancy. Over the past six years, she has focused on event technology, supporting clients in delivering effective and creative events internationally.
Cecilia has been actively involved with the International Live Events Association (ILEA) since 2012, contributing at local, regional, and international levels. She currently serves as International President for the 2025–2026 term, where she focuses on education, industry collaboration, and supporting the continued development of the global events community.
