Lisa Kolisnyk is a Master’s student in International Leisure, Tourism & Events Management at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, where her work focuses on event experience design. She is currently contributing to a well‑being project for the EARMA Conference 2026, helping improve the attendee experience in professional conference settings.
Lisa has supported several international events, including PCMA Convening EMEA, LUNA Festival and BeFuture, where she contributed to coordination and on‑site operations. She also brings several years' experience in social and private event planning, covering full‑cycle event management from planning and supplier coordination to on‑site delivery.
Alongside her studies, Lisa is developing her interest in experiential marketing and the role events play in creating meaningful connections. Outside her professional work, she enjoys exploring new cities and cultural spaces—especially museums and historic landmarks.
