With more than a decade of experience spanning procurement, venue strategy, and sustainable event design, Elena now drives the company’s sustainability vision—internally and externally—shaping policies and frameworks for clients, associations, and original events worldwide.
She led Kenes Group to achieve ISO 20121:2024 certification, reinforcing its commitment to responsible event management. Elena also heads the award-winning Kenes Sustainability Dream Team, recognized with the Eventex 2024 Gold Award for its collaborative impact.
Beyond her role at Kenes, Elena volunteers on the EIC Sustainability and Social Impact Committee and contributes to the IAPCO EDI & Sustainability Committee, supporting global industry initiatives.
