As founder and director of Toleranca Marketing, Gorazd focuses on marketing, content, business development and strategic projects for destinations, venues and event professionals. In 2009, he co-created Conventa, now recognised as one of Europe’s most respected trade shows for the meetings industry and a platform that has connected the region with international buyers for many years.
He is also the founder of Kongres Magazine, one of the leading media outlets for the European events sector, and a respected commentator, editor and mentor. His work combines deep regional knowledge with a global network of partners, clients and industry leaders.
Gorazd is the founding father of Planet Positive Event, an innovative sustainability tool designed to support responsible event transformation. As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, he advocates for events that create lasting value for communities, participants and future generations, long after they have ended. He remains a trusted voice worldwide for organisers seeking inspiration, practical guidance and lasting change.
