Tim Luepke is Director of the MPI Academy for Meeting Professionals International, where he advances professional development and education across the meetings and events industry. With a passion for lifelong learning, Tim oversees the development and delivery of educational programs that equip industry professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Before joining MPI, Tim spent almost two decades in live event operations, leading teams delivering large-scale events from creative design through to the technical execution of live, hybrid and virtual productions.
Outside work, Tim can often be found on the sidelines at his children’s sporting events, walking his dogs in the woods or trying something new.
