MEET GERMANY
Tanja Schramm is a business economist and industry leader with a strong background in the global meetings and events sector. Since 2016, she has led MEET GERMANY, the largest meetings and events network in German-speaking countries, with approximately 3,500 partners.
She founded the BESL event agency in 2003 and has extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality sector. Her career includes international roles in Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and onboard MS Europa, as well as work with borchardt & Käfer Party Service.
Tanja is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking ideas and ability to connect people. She lives in Germany and enjoys balancing her professional work with family life.
