Orange Gibbon Ltd.
Mike van der Vijver is a freelance meeting designer working with international clients through his companies MindMeeting and Orange Gibbon. Both specialize in designing effective meeting programs for corporate, public, association and NGO audiences. He also works as an advisor, trainer and coach in intercultural management.
Mike regularly facilitates and moderates meetings and provides training on meeting effectiveness, innovative formats and meeting design. In recent years, his focus has been on creating meaningful outcomes and impact.
He is co-author of Into the Heart of Meetings, published in 2013, and Meetings by Default or by Design, published in 2023. Originally from the Netherlands, Mike now lives in Taipei, where he has introduced meeting design to the East Asian market.
