Charlotte Mist is Senior Director of Global Events and Strategic Partnerships at Elsevier, where she leads the development and delivery of a global, audience-centric events strategy. With over 20 years’ experience, she has led the evolution of global events programs to focus on audience insight, strategic partnerships and alignment with business and product strategy.

In her current role, Charlotte built the events function from the ground up and expanded the remit to include strategic partnerships and thought leadership, maximizing industry influence and sponsorship value. She has developed global frameworks, reporting systems and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making and more effective allocation of event budgets across central and regional teams.

Charlotte has built and scaled high-performing teams, launched successful global conference and webinar programs, and delivered measurable outcomes, including increased engagement, improved customer NPS, and millions in new and renewed revenue. She speaks on event transformation, strategic partnerships and the future of data-led, audience-centric event strategy.
