Samie Boyd graduated with a degree in Event Management in 2019 and has since worked across the events industry, from weddings and corporate events to live music festivals and outdoor concerts.
She is currently Accessibility Manager at Cuffe and Taylor, where Samie leads accessibility initiatives across UK live music events and festivals. Working within the operations team, she collaborates across departments to ensure accessibility is embedded throughout the event experience.
Samie is committed to breaking down barriers within the events industry and contributing to a future where live experiences are accessible to everyone, including audiences and industry professionals. She champions accessibility as a standard, not an exception, and helps normalize conversations that support a more inclusive sector.
Samie was recently awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Award at the FF15 Mentoring Awards and recognized in the Access All Areas 30 Under 30 awards. She is an FF15 mentee in the 2025/26 cohort and enjoys mentoring, coaching and personal development initiatives.
