Delegate Wranglers
With over 25 years experience in the event industry, Neil founded The Delegate Wranglers community in 2014. The community has organically grown to over 25,000 highly engaged members across the globe, with countless connections, advice and information being passed between each other. They achieved ‘Facebook Official Community Managed Partner’ status since 2020 and in 2021, the group was selected for the Facebook Community Accelerator Program.
In 2019 Neil was named as M&IT Magazine’s Personality of the Year, runner-up in 2021, and Neil was listed as one of Northstar Meetings Group's most influential event professionals of 2024. Neil was an active mia board member from 2023-2026.
