Clarence Day, CMP, CIS, is Director of Global Sales for Rosewood Hotel Group, which he joined in May 2024. His work focuses on the incentive market across the US Midwest, Florida and Georgia. With more than 25 years' experience spanning hotel operations and total account management, Clarence brings a wide range of industry knowledge to his role.
His career includes senior sales and commercial positions with Ennismore/Accor (SLS Baha Mar) and The Ritz‑Carlton Hotel Company, where he supported properties including Grande Lakes Orlando, Half Moon Bay in California and Kapalua in Maui. Clarence currently serves on the IRF Board of Trustees and is Chair of its Next Generation Education Committee, which is dedicated to educating and recruiting future talent for the incentive industry. A committed mentor, he also leads a CMP study group to help industry professionals prepare for their certification exam.
Outside his professional work, Clarence is an avid wine student and a current WSET Diploma candidate. He is a proud graduate of the hotel school at Pennsylvania State University.
