With more than 20 years' experience delivering international events across 24 European cities for audiences of up to 20,000 participants, Steff understands the realities teams face when pressure increases. A certified crisis manager and Business Continuity Management practitioner, she shares her expertise globally as a speaker and trainer, helping teams strengthen preparedness, resilience and confident decision‑making.
