Pia Kumpmann has been head of the Convention Bureau Karlsruhe & Region since 2009 and is responsible for planning and implementing strategic measures to market the region as a MICE location. Thanks to her many years of work in the MICE industry and the region, Pia Kumpmann has deep insights into the various segments of the industry, future potential and, last but not least, the main topics and problems of the present and the future. Due to her cordial and proactive nature, Pia Kumpmann was able to build up a broad and diverse network of contacts and always has an open ear and heart for customers, partners and stakeholders.
