With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in East Africa’s tourism industry, I serve as the Sales and Operations Manager at Lake Kitandara Tours & Travel, a well-established Destination Management Company operating in Uganda and Rwanda since 1994. My journey with the company began in 2006, and over the years, I have developed deep expertise in designing and delivering seamless, high-quality travel experiences across the region.
I specialize in tailor-made itineraries, working closely with international tour operators, travel designers, and corporate buyers to create authentic, immersive journeys—ranging from luxury gorilla trekking and primate safaris to cultural and community-based experiences. My strength lies in understanding diverse client needs and translating them into practical, well-executed programs that balance quality, value, and sustainability.

We are committed to responsible tourism practices that support conservation, empower local communities, and create meaningful connections between travelers and destinations. This ethos is strongly reflected in our leadership-our Founder and Managing Director, Bonifence, is a recognized industry figure, serving as Co-founder and Chairperson of the Exclusive Sustainable Tour Operators Association, Vice Chairman of the Uganda Hotel Owners Association, and an Honorary Wildlife Officer with the Uganda Wildlife Authority.

I am passionate about forging new partnerships, expanding into emerging markets, and showcasing Uganda and Rwanda as premier, year-round destinations for both leisure and MICE travel.
