Ben Erwin is Encore's president and CEO, responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company. Motivated by building strong teams and delivering for customers, Ben celebrates Encore being named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list and being recognized for Best Customer Experience Strategy at IXCA24.

Before joining Encore as chief financial officer in 2015, Ben served as chief financial officer for TestAmerica Laboratories and as senior vice president, corporate development, at Cornell Companies. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Enron Corporation and Trilogy Software.

Ben holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University. He is a board member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and YMCA Metro Chicago, and a former member of the U.S. Travel CEO Roundtable and the PCMA Board of Directors.
