I am Co-founder and Executive Director of Montenegro Travel Club DMC, that works within the MICE team of Monte Mare Travel group.
With many years of experience in tourism both at home and abroad, and nearly a decade working as a tour guide in Montenegro, I got to know the country well, connected with people along the way, and learned how to create meaningful, well-coordinated programs.
Being part of the Monte Mare MICE team means working on ideas, details and programs that feel natural and make sense for each client.
I focus on understanding goals first, and then shaping concepts that turn into clear, well-structured experiences. I like to keep my approach flexible and personal, working closely with partners to make sure every program fits their needs.
