Joseph has worked with Uganda Convention Bureau (UCB) for over three years in the position of Strategy and Research Officer-MICE. At UCB, Joseph is in charge of sourcing business leads (both meeting/conferences and incentive ) and conducting cost benefit analysis for the leads sourced to inform UCB on economic return in a bid to progress to bidding for sourced leads to be hosted in Uganda.
