As Director of Group & Event Operations at Next Travel Nordic, I have the privilege of turning my lifelong passion for travel into meaningful experiences for others. My role focuses on designing and managing exceptional group and event travel programs, ensuring that every journey is seamless, inspiring, and memorable. Helping people explore the Nordics with joy is what drives my work every day.
My career is built on a strong international foundation within the hospitality, aviation and travel industries. I began my journey in luxury hospitality aboard world-renowned cruise lines including Cunard, Seabourn, Regent and Silversea Cruises. Working in the Purser’s Office as Assistant Purser and Crew Purser as HR onboard, I gained invaluable experience in discipline, precision and six-star service standards, an exceptional training ground for excellence.
My path continued into aviation, where I served as a Cabin Purser, developing strong expertise in safety awareness, leadership, flexibility, and teamwork. To strengthen my professional capabilities, I completed several IATA Amadeus Diploma courses and studied Business Management and Leadership in conjunction with Harvard Business School.
Driven by curiosity and a deep interest in aviation operations, I later worked as an Airport Traffic Officer, coordinating aircraft operations, flight requests, handling, dispatch, and passenger services.
During the pandemic, I continued investing in my development by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Destination Management, further expanding my knowledge of global tourism, project management and travel operations.

Today, my professional journey comes full circle, combining hospitality, aviation expertise and destination management to create meaningful travel experiences.
