Miguel Neves is Editor-in-Chief of Skift Meetings and a passionate advocate for the business events industry. He describes himself as a curious creator, a caring curator of digital content, and a conscious connector of people and ideas.
Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Conference and Events Management from the University of Westminster and has built a career rooted in the global events community. From 2011 to 2017, he played a key role at IMEX, helping shape its digital and social media presence. He also served on the international board of directors of MPI from 2018 to 2021.
Originally from Portugal, Miguel established his career in the UK and now lives in southern Denmark, where he is raising a young family. He is widely recognized for his global perspective, thought leadership, and long-standing commitment to the business events community.
