Head of CSR | Account Director
VOK DAMS Group
Claudia Verena Krause has specialized in live communication for over 28 years. As the leader of the group-wide CSR strategy at VOK DAMS Events, she designs sustainable event formats and oversees their implementation across the meetings and events sector.
In her role, Claudia leads the CSR team, develops sustainability programs for live communication, and collaborates with partners, associations and industry networks. She supports clients and project teams through the conception, planning and delivery of sustainable events, facilitates workshops and contributes to industry conferences. VOK DAMS is certified to the ZNU standard and ISO 20121, reflecting its expertise in sustainable event management.
