Hi, I’m Xenia Gaer, MICE Manager at OLTA Travel Cyprus.
I work with international partners to create high-impact MICE experiences in Cyprus, designed for clients who expect more than just another trip.
Whether it’s an incentive, corporate event, or meeting programme, I focus on delivering ideas that stand out and execution that runs flawlessly.
Thanks to a strong local network and deep destination knowledge, I turn complex requests into smooth, well-orchestrated experiences on the ground.
Because in MICE, it’s not just about logistics, it’s about creating moments that impress, connect and last.
Let’s connect and create something exceptional in Cyprus.
