With more than 20 years of experience in the international event and conference industry, I have designed and delivered some of the largest and most successful programs in Denmark — from high-level summits and executive conferences to award-winning incentive experiences across Scandinavia.
Before entering the events industry, I worked as a Management Consultant for one of the world’s largest management consultancy companies. This gave me a strong commercial and strategic foundation within business development, mission and vision alignment, employer branding, people strategy, and the full HR human capital lifecycle.
Today, I combine that strategic business understanding with creativity, logistics, and experience design to help companies create events with real impact, not just beautiful moments, but meaningful business outcomes with ROI.
