Inese Lukaševska is the founder of event agency Luka, specializing in the corporate, cultural, and art sectors.

Since 2019, her agency has received more than 40 awards across leading global competitions spanning B2B, B2I, art and culture, positive change and social responsibility categories. She has also been recognized for her contribution to industry development, including being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Global Events Industry 2025 and Top Meeting Innovator 2025.

Inese holds three higher education degrees, graduating with distinction in marketing, communication and public management. Her ability to combine strategic vision with unconventional creative solutions is a defining strength of her work.

She began her career as a TV journalist and has more than 20 years' experience across marketing, strategic communication, media relations, production and directing. Inese regularly serves as a jury member for international competitions and works as a lecturer, trainer and industry leader at forums worldwide. She also shares her expertise through articles and research and is currently writing her first novel.
