TicketRoot supports event registration, ticketing, check-ins, access control, cashless payments and attendee tracking, along with badges, lanyards and wristbands manufactured in India to support on-ground delivery.
Since 2022, the platform has been used across 300+ events, including projects delivered with organisations such as the Government of India, Messe Frankfurt India and Informa Connect.
Focus areas include attendee entry, on-site operations, and ensuring event systems hold up during real event conditions.
