I work in the field of IT project management, mainly Internet projects (CMS, client and mobile applications, dedicated sites, etc.).
I manage medium-sized projects (2-6 people, 25-200 man-days) for my customers in a wide range of sectors and activities: pharmaceutical laboratories, insurance, events/trade shows, hotels and industry.
In order to respond effectively to the new challenges faced by our customers, I adapt my working and management methods.
Finally, in addition to my supervisory and project management responsibilities, I am involved in the pre-project stages.
I bring my technical, graphic and ergonomic skills to bear on preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, solution research and workload estimates.
